Clippingdale

Oak cut string staircase with round end step and decorative brackets. This grand  staircase features raised and moulded panelling to the underside of the 1^st to 2^nd floor stair flight. The main newel posts were turned to 170mm, all other posts at 150mm in a bespoke twisted design, with 70mm Windermere spindles and 150mm Winston drop caps. The main newel posts were offset using Compound Bends to make a dramatic statement and grand opening to this impressive staircase.
