If you would like to enquire about our Bespoke service please complete the below form with as much information as possible. Please note we will require either a sample or detailed images/diagrams with specific measurements before we can quote for any bespoke work. Please attach these diagrams or photos below.

We are only able to offer this service for Newel Posts, Newel Caps, Spindles and full staircases including stair flights.

I need to check the delivery status of my order
This will depend on the delivery option you have chosen on your order, our shipping options are:
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days despatch window
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 working days despatch window
- Free Delivery: 5-7 working days despatch window
- Collection: You will be contacted as soon as parts are ready to collect
Please note working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Despatch window will only start same day if orders are placed before 10am.

I need to cancel my order
Once your order is cancelled your refund will be processed and reimbursed to the original payment method used, please allow up to 10 working days for this to show. If you would only like to cancel part of your order, please state this in the message below along with the parts you’d like to cancel.
