Ordered parts for re-installation of banisters and spindles in my daughter’s new house, (100 miles away…) previous owner had them ripped out and it’s just dangerous with little kids in the house. Had parts delivered there – very prompt, no nonsense – and when I opened the packaging 2 weeks later was more than impressed with the quality of the product. Now installed, looks fantastic and does the job perfectly. Very happy customer!
