York Newel Post – Volute Peg

The York range, part of our traditional collection is high quality adding style and sophistication to any staircase.

The York newel post is available in 82mm as well as 90mm, a design made for larger sections, making an impressive statement in larger hallways or open plan settings.

The Volute newel has a height of 675mm and has a 50mm x 100mm dowel on the bottom and a 32mm x 32mm dowel on the top. The Volute Newel works with our solid 80x51mm handrail and handrail components.

The York range also coordinates well with the Harrogate and Richmond newel posts and spindles as an alternative design option.

The York spindle is available in 41mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm.

This product is available in Pine and Oak, alternative timbers and sizes are available on request, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We have a range of adhesives in our Consumables section, including Soudal Pro 45P Wood Adhesive, which is suitable for use with this product.

All products are supplied unfinished (shown in a clear varnish for photography purposes).
